Deep Process Glass

Leader Flat/Bent Tempered Glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 650 °c. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface wile the center remains tensile.

Leader Low-E Glass refers to glass with a low emissivity coating. It reduces heat gain or loss by reflecting long-wave infrared energy (solar heat), therefore decreases the U-value & solar heat gain and improves the energy efficiency of the glazing.

Leader Laminated Glass is a kind of safety glass, is processed with special technology under high heating and high pressure by adding one or more layers of PVB.

Leader Double Glazing / Insulated Glass is made of two or more pieces of glass, use sealant gumming and aluminum spacers which was filled with desiccant together.
